Information for prospective Tenants
Step 1 - Register your Interest
The first step is to register your requirements with us either by calling us on
01268 833400 or 07530947982 or by e-mailing us on
quantummanagementsoutheast.co.uk
Tell us everything you can, and we will start working for you straight away.
Alternatively search our currently available properties and tell us which ones you would like to view.
Step 2 - Accompanied Viewings
We're open at times to suit you, convenient for viewing after work or at weekends.
Step 3 - Selecting a Property
Once you've identified a suitable property, paid a reservation fee and supplied us with details of referees etc., references will be applied for and your information will be forwarded to the landlord for acceptance. We take up the following references:
1. Employers or Accountant (if self employed)
2. Previous Landlord (if applicable)
3. Credit Check
4. Bank (if required )
Step 5 - Rental Paperwork
Once the landlord confirms that they would like to proceed, we will draw up the relevant paperwork, forming an agreement to be signed by both parties.
An inventory of the contents and condition of the property is usually produced prior to commencement of the tenancy. This will be supplied to both landlord and tenant.
Step 6 - Rent & Deposit
An advance rental payment is required prior to the commencement of the tenancy (usually the first month's rent) as well as payment of a security deposit (usually one month's rent). The deposit will be reimbursed to you at the end of the tenancy subject to the details of your agreement and the findings of the inventory check-out report. Where we are instructed by the landlord to manage the property, we will hold the deposit as "stakeholders" and in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme Tenancy.
Step 7 - Completion
Congratulations, keys are now handed over and you can move into your new home.
